Punch-Out Question....
Was wondering, in Kilroy Stonekin's Punchout:
1. Does adding a vamp mod onto Thunderfist's Brass Knuckles work?
2. Does adding a defense mod onto them help?
3. Does using a 15^50 mod help?
Thanks for help.

1. Not sure
2. Defense upgrade does work.
3. 15^50 Does not work since it doesn't affected your brawling skills.

1 & 2) idk. But 3) if anything, use 15%(-5e). That'll save you a KO, which is good regardless of not doing extra damage.

Actually... The 15+5e doesn't affect your base energy. BUT it does help with damage. Seriously, pump 16 into dagger mastery, and you'll start doing 15-20 damage with the basic, 10 damage attack. My warrior averages about 11-15 with 12, and 16 str. On the wolves, it's quite possible to hit for 200+ damage with an uppercut, I've done it.
Also, a +7 v physical armor upgrade is best. However, it doesn't really do much, because you're taking damage from attacks, which is all armor-ignoring damage. Much to my disappointment when doing this on a warrior, as she's taking about the same amount of damage as my ele.

So basically, yes, yes and yes - but use a 15%/-5e rather than 15^50.
Oh, and Furious rather than Vamp imo.

I use vamp and can confirm, it does work. Also, I like vamp far better than furious because the benefits of the adrenaline is not noticeable at all. I used to farm this in HM and would only take about 1.5 minutes zone to zone. Usually only falling once (if that).
I used Vamp of Shelter. Forgot which ins. I used.

Ty guys! Half way to t3 survivor and so I dont think I'll bother with these mods after all! To change secondary to sin would involve going further through NF = higher risk of dying.
Still, has been insightful!

I have a question. How do you 'mash up' your key so you can press '8' quickly once when you want to wake up quickly?
Edit: Also, if you are knocked out, and within the 10 seconds, you escaped back to your outpost. Does it count a death? Thanks.

For your first, you can hit 8 and click the skill at the same time. This helps a little.
I'm not sure for the second there, I would think not.

This is how you set it up without some sort of macro help (I.E. Logitech keyboards)
Press F11
Go to "Use Skill: 8"
Assign numpad 1-9 to "Use Skill: 8"
Bash head on numpad
???
Legendary Survivor.
As for your second question: No, it doesn't count as a death. HOWEVER, if you stay the full 3 minutes afterwards, there is a random glitch that causes your death count to go up.
And remember, don't leave a vampiric set on while you go to the bathroom.
<--- That guy did that, I feel sorry for his two lost survivors.

What do you mean if you don't leave 3 minutes afterwards? If you don't zone out after you are done? Thanks for your help.

Forgot to mention, reached leg survivor with relative ease. Only problem was occasional lag.
The trick is to buy red and blue rock candy. With this it speeds up the run times and along with a couple of slayer's insight scrolls, you'll have leg within 30 runs. Costs only a little bit with the amount of materials and money you make per run.

Yes, if you don't leave within 3 minutes of opening the chest, there's a bug that will kill you somewhere around the 20 second left mark. It's random, and it's never happened to me, but I've heard enough stories from guild mates/alliance members to believe it. It's faster to map out anyways after you go back for your loot (By the way, don't pick up loot while you're fighting, unless it's a gold or rare loot, it takes 2 minutes to get back to the starting point from the end).
